Toad For Oracle 9.5 Portable
I am having troubles connecting my new installation of Toad for Oracle v.9.5.0.31 to my Oracle 10g database. I can connect just fine to the same database using an older version of Toad, v.8.0.0.47. I am trying to install v9.5 on a brand new development laptop. Here is the error I am getting: ORA-06550: line 1, column 11: PLS-00302: component 'DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored Can someone please point me in the right direction on where to look or what to fix so I can get v9.5 connected?
